Between July 1851 and January 1859 Dickens published two of his greatest novels, Bleak House and Little Dorrit, as well as his most urgently topical one, Hard Times. Throughout, he was also actively engaged in editing his popular weekly journal, Household Words, for which he also wrote, apart from his regular Christmas stories, some seventy full-length articles, and co-authored at least two dozen more. This third volume of the first-ever fully annotated edition of Dickens’s greatest journalism presents over sixty of those Household Words articles written by Dickens alone.(Please note: Over standard weight.
