After World War II, the workshop moved to Bubenreuth in the newly formed Federal Republic of Germany.
Roth Violins are part of a legacy of Roth family luthiers. Violins made in the Ernst Heinrich Roth workshop are highly sought after. These German instruments not only have beautiful workmanship but a powerful tone. The Roth workshop followed many different famous violin patterns including Stradivarius, Guarneri, Amati, and Ruggieri. Illustrated catalogue of the Roth violins.
