Even though several excellent books have been written depicting the very early history of Mandurah and the Peel Region. It is felt that this story is relatively unknown compared to other regions in Western Australia.

This small book presents the lives of early pioneers and special incidents as a remote colonial outpost. In a concise summary form. Written and illustrated by the author it is a handy sized reference to their endeavours.

It is hoped that this publication will reach a wide readership with whom one can share the difficult and unique pioneering achievements which led to the Mandurah and Peel Region
