Discussion of the murder case in Western Australia involving Darryl Beamish, a profoundly deaf teenager, charged with the 1959 axe murder of the 22 year old socialite and chocolate heiress Jillian Brewer. Beamish spent 15 years in jail after his death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment.
