Eighty full colour photographs show the truly spectacular beauty of Western Australia, from the tranquil sheltered white sand bays of the South Coast to the rugged open immensity of the Kimberley wilderness. The author calls these ‘naked landscapes’ because they are ‘unclothed by human presence or influence’. The time and travel needed to put this collection together has been immense. It includes several serene coastal shots from the southwest corner of Western Australia, but the rugged landscapes from Karijini National Park in the Hamersleys and the wild areas of the Kimberleys are what really catch the eye.
