Barber, Elizabeth Blair, 1909-2001 Born in Perth in 1909, Elizabeth Barber studied in Perth under Van Raalte, in Melbourne under Lindsay Bernard Hall, and in London. Founder of the Cremorne Art Gallery in Perth, she held her first one-woman show in Perth in 1939. Her work is sometimes signed ‘Betty Bunning’. She has also exhibited in London. She died in 2001.
