Australian Leadlighting

This book, aimed at the would-be leadlighter, is in three sections. The first part is a catalogue, detailing all the equipment to make a leadlight panel of Tiffany style lamp shade. The second section sets out the techniques and skills involved in making these, as well as covering such important considerations as the layout of a workshop and necessary safety requirements. The final section consists of a large variety of designs which readers can enlarge and use for their own projects. The styles vary from the traditional Victorian, Edwardian and Art Nouveau designs to modern designs incorporating such themes as Australian wildlife or based on Aboriginal paintings.
