Private Leslie Chandler served with the 3rd Light Horse Field Ambulance during World War 1. The letters, compiled by his daughter, were written by Les Chandler (1888-1980) during the First World War where he served in Egypt and France.Chandler became a prolific writer and photographer of nature.
